统计图表是审稿人的重点关注对象。dot plot比bar graph更透明,violin/box plot比柱状图更专业。别让审稿人猜你的n是什么!

类型三:机制研究深度挖不够

"The sole focus on cell phenotype with no exploration of underlying mechanisms is a key limitation. While RhoA/ROCK pathways are conjectured, little data is provided."
